Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Applications


Academic and administrative staff members who wish to participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility activity must complete their applications through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal at https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr between 1 November – 30 November 2025.

Documents to be uploaded during the application

1.    Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate

2.    Certificate of Cooperation from Previous Mobilities

(A document proving that academic collaboration has been carried out with the higher education institution visited during a previous mobility, if applicable)

3.    Project Participation Certificate

(A document proving that the applicant has served as a coordinator, researcher, or advisor in completed national or international projects/TÜBİTAK projects, if applicable)

4.    Medical Report Indicating Disability Status (if applicable)

5.    Document Proving the Applicant Is a Veteran, or the Spouse/Child of a Martyr (if applicable)

6.    Disaster Victim Assistance Certificate

(A document showing that the applicant or their first-degree relative has received disaster assistance from AFAD, if applicable)

7.    Approved Staff Training Mobility Agreement (if applicable)
